Alison's Family - Mother's side

Here are a few notes about these people

For many years the Hodgetts family were to be found in the area of Warley and Smethwick.

My Grandfather was born in Bristol as his parents were there for a few years. In fact his father died there. Hodgetts and Hills feature in local records for the George Road Methodist Chapel in Warley.

There are many Cosnetts to be found in Pershore and the surrounding area.

My Great Grandfather may have left there to go to the Birmingham area to find work - he became a foreman working with Phosphorous at Albright and Wilson.

There are also Cockbill families in Pershore who may be linked to these people.
